The Macallan Classic Cut 2025 is a Speyside single malt bottled at a natural cask strength of 50.6%, in a 70cl bottle. It is unfiltered and has no added colouring.
The whisky was matured in American bourbon and Spanish sherry casks, and the Classic Cut is an annual release.
The nose offers dark chocolate, candied orange peel and vanilla, with a hint of smoked oak. On the palate there is honey, dried fruits, spices and nuts, with sherry sweetness and bourbon vanilla. The finish is long and warming, with dark fruit, pepper and a little smoke.
