Macallan – Estate

Macallan Estate is a Speyside single malt made with spirit distilled from barley grown on the 485-hectare Easter Elchies estate, the home of the distillery on the banks of the River Spey. The colour is chestnut brown. The nose has cinnamon and wood spices with orange oil, dried fruit, sweet lemon, banana and caramel. The palate is soft and warming, with wood spices, dry oak, candied raisins and fresh figs, moving to sweet orange and delicate citrus. The finish is a sweet touch of citrus.
