Amber Meadow is the 2023 edition of The Macallan Harmony Collection, a Speyside single malt in a 70cl bottle at 44.2% ABV. It was matured in European and American oak casks that previously held sherry, chosen by the Macallan Master Whisky Maker.
The packaging is made partly from natural meadow flowers and plant-based materials.
The nose offers meadow flowers, honey and vanilla with gentle oak spice, dried fruit and citrus peel. On the palate there is honey, baked apple and toasted oak with cinnamon and nutmeg. The finish is long and warming, with sweet spice and light floral notes.
