Macallan The Harmony Collection Intense Arabica is a single malt from the second release of the Harmony Collection, a limited series that experiments with natural ingredients. It is inspired by Arabica coffee and comes in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky is drawn from sherry-seasoned casks of European and American oak. Its box is made from recycled material that includes coffee grounds.
The nose offers espresso, roasted coffee beans, dark chocolate and oak, with nutmeg and cinnamon. The palate is full and silky, with mocha, caramel, raisins and dark chocolate. The finish is long and warming, with coffee, cocoa and dried fruit.
