Macallan Jing is the third release in The Harmony Collection, a series built around sustainability and craftsmanship. The name comes from the Chinese idea of tranquility and balance. It is a Speyside single malt in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 43.9% and released in 2025.
The whisky was matured in a mix of American bourbon casks and European sherry butts.
On the nose, honey and vanilla sit alongside dried fruit, orange zest and light spice. The palate is sweet and round, with caramel, red berries, nuts and a little smoke, lifted by fresh citrus. The finish is medium to long and warm, with honey, spice and a dry oak note.
