This Highlands single malt from Macduff dates from 2011 and was released by Brave New Spirits as a Cask Noir production. It is bottled at 56.2% and comes in a 70cl bottle.
Macduff distillery was founded in 1962 on the opposite bank of the River Deveron from Banff, and its water comes from the Gelly spring. The distillery's own whisky is called Deveron, so the Macduff name appears only on independent bottlings. The distillery belongs to Bacardi.
