MacNair's Lum Reek 10 Year Old is a cask strength whisky bottled at 55.4% in a 70cl bottle, and this is Batch 1. It combines Speyside and Islay single malts, including aged GlenAllachie, so that peat sits alongside a rich, fruity character.
The spirit was matured in Spanish sherry casks, wine barriques and virgin oak casks at the GlenAllachie Distillery. The flavour is sweet with a subtle smoke.
