Mars Iwai 45 is a Japanese whisky from Mars Shinshu Distillery. The nose is led by vanilla and butterscotch, with hints of strawberry and stewed apple. On the palate come milk chocolate, quince and toffee, followed by a long, lingering sweet finish.
