Mars – Iwai Japanese Whisky

Mars Iwai is a Japanese whisky named after Kiichiro Iwai, who is remembered as a silent pioneer of Japanese whisky. Its style takes inspiration from the great whiskies of America. A majority of corn is balanced with light malt, and the whisky is aged in ex-bourbon barrels. It is suggested for everyday sipping, or for mixing in a mint julep or an old fashioned.
