Mars Shiki Yama Sauvignon Cask Finish is a blended malt from Hombo Mars of Japan. It was matured in an ex-Sauvignon cask sourced from a winery in the Yamanashi region. The cask has given the spirit light, fruity notes, including fresh grapes, subtle oak and freshly cut grass. The whisky is described as well balanced, with notes on the nose, palate and finish.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
