Michael Collins 10 Year Old is an Irish single malt, distilled in copper pot stills and aged for ten years in oak casks. It is bottled at 40% ABV in a 75cl bottle.
The nose offers honey, green apple, vanilla and toasted cereal, with hints of spice and oak. On the palate come ripe orchard fruits, creamy malt, soft toffee and a touch of warming spice. The finish is clean and mellow, with light oak and sweet malt.
