Couvreur's Clearach is a malt cereal spirit from Michel Couvreur, bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle.
The spirit is distilled in Scotland and then matured in sherry casks for around three years in the old rock cellars of Burgundy, where the founder, a Belgian, settled. The sherry casks add fruity depth and gentle sweetness.
The nose is almond, honey and fresh herbs, with fresh, grassy notes.
