Michel Couvreur Fleeting is a single malt in a 50cl bottle. It was matured for 10 years, then moved into reused Port barrels for a further five years, which leave subtle echoes of Port in the malt.
Michel Couvreur has worked with whisky in Burgundy since 1978. The house takes whiskies from Scotland and ages them in its barrel cellars there.
