Michel Couvreur Pale Single Single (70cl, 45%)

Michel Couvreur Pale Single Single is a floral malt whisky at 45% ABV, in a 70cl bottle. The spirit is distilled in Scotland and matured in sherry oak casks in the rock cellars of Michel Couvreur at Bouze-lès-Beaune in Burgundy. The house is known for dark, richly sherried whiskies, but this bottling is deliberately lighter. Floral impressions, fresh fruit and fine spice lead, and the cool, damp cellar climate shapes its development. On the nose, delicate floral notes.
