Michel Couvreur Very Sherried 25 Year Old 1998 (50cl)

Michel Couvreur Very Sherried is a 25 year old whisky in a 50cl bottle. It was distilled in Scotland on 16 June 1998 and aged in an old Pedro Ximenez cask in Burgundy. It was bottled at natural strength on 16 June 2023, exactly twenty-five years after distillation. Michel Couvreur is one of the last artisan houses to select its own sherry butts in Andalusia. The colour is dark amber with ruby reflections. The nose offers vanilla, almond and sherry, and the texture is intense and silky with a tropical character. The finish is very long.
