Michter's – Small Batch Kentucky Straight Bourbon (70cl, 45.7%)

A Kentucky straight bourbon from Michter's, in a 70cl bottle at 45.7% ABV. It is made from a mashbill that features American corn. It is bottled in small batches, from a holding tank sized for a maximum of twenty full barrels. That leaves no room to blend out a weaker barrel, so each one has to stand up on its own. Michter's describes the character as nuanced, mellow and earthy.
