Millstone 7 Year Old is a single malt distilled in 2019 and bottled in 2026 as number 5 in the Dutch Windmill Collection.
The nose combines ripe apricot and dark plum with golden honey and soft vanilla, while hints of orange freshen the cherry fruit. On the palate there are juicy cherries and bittersweet chocolate, with cinnamon, cardamom, orange and a gentle vanilla note. The finish is long, with oak, light cherry sweetness, cinnamon and vanilla.
