Minden Mill 4 Year Straight Bourbon Whiskey (75cl)

Minden Mill 4 Year is a Nevada straight bourbon distilled from locally sourced heirloom corn, rye and other grains, in a 750ml bottle. It is made in small batches with snow-fed spring water and Scottish copper pot stills. The distillery works from a converted historic flour mill in Minden, in the Carson Valley. The nose brings sweet corn bread, vanilla bean, caramel, honey and light oak spice. Heirloom corn sweetness, brown sugar, cinnamon, rye spice and toasted oak come through on the palate, and the finish is medium in length, with warm vanilla, baking spices and gentle pepper heat.
