Minden Mill 4 Year Straight Rye Whiskey is a four-year-old American rye from Nevada, made in small batches from locally sourced heirloom grains and Sierra Mountain spring water. Distillation takes place in a custom copper pot still imported from Scotland.
On the nose there is warm rye spice with vanilla oak, honey and dried orange peel. The palate is bold, with rye grain, cinnamon bark, brown sugar, toasted almonds and pepper, and the finish is of medium length, with rye spice, oak tannins and sweet vanilla.
