Mortlach – 12 Year The Wee Witchie

Mortlach 12 Year The Wee Witchie is a Speyside single malt from the Mortlach distillery in Dufftown. It is the distillery's entry expression, named after the nickname of its smallest still. Mortlach uses a 2.81-times partial distillation across six differently shaped stills, with the spirit passing through worm tub condensers. The new make is heavy, full-bodied and sulphurous, giving a rich, savoury whisky with the 'meaty' character the distillery is known for.
