Mortlach 12 Years Old is a Speyside single malt in a 70cl bottle, made by combining whisky matured in ex-bourbon casks with whisky matured in ex-sherry casks.
The pairing sets the distillery's weighty, dried fruit character against fresh fruit and vanilla notes, while the meaty quality of the Mortlach spirit still comes through. It is the first bottling in the Mortlach range.
