Mossburn Vintage Casks Inchgower 2007 Single Malt Scotch Whisky (75cl, 46%)

This is a single malt Scotch whisky distilled at Inchgower in 2007 and bottled by Mossburn Distillers & Blenders at 46% ABV, in a 75cl bottle. It belongs to the Vintage Casks range, drawn from a select batch of numbered casks with full traceability of distillation and cask ageing. Inchgower stands near the mouth of the River Spey on the Moray coast, and its malt is spicy with a distinct coastal salinity. Refill hogsheads let the natural spice come through. The nose shows candied orange and cloves, and the palate adds nuttiness, allspice and pepper.
