Muller Thurgau Pursgla Alto Adige DOC - Josef Weger

A white wine that highlights the typicity of the Müller-Thurgau grape in the context of Alto Adige. Pale straw with greenish reflections, it shows delicate notes of white flowers, green apple and a subtle herbaceous nuance reminiscent of alpine vegetation. On the palate it is fresh and easy to drink, with balanced acidity and a slender body; the finish is clean and slightly savoury. It pairs well with light seafood dishes, vegetable-based starters, salads and fresh cheeses, as well as simple regional cooking. Serve at around 8-10 °C in not too wide glasses.
