The whisky is finished in three types of cask: port, Marsala and four-grain. Port adds fruity sweetness, Marsala brings warm, wine-like notes, and the four-grain casks contribute soft grain and vanilla.
The nose shows sweet melon, soft peach and light citrus, with a hint of spicy malt and mixed nuts. The palate is full and balanced, with rich fruit, creamy vanilla and gentle sweet spice. The finish is warm, with fruit, oak and spice lingering.
