Mutiliana Ecce Draco Pinot Noir IGP

A Pinot Noir IGP from Mutiliana with an elegant, measured profile. In the glass it shows a clear, bright ruby colour; on the nose there are small red fruits, cherry and raspberry, with earthy notes and light spice. The palate is slender, with good acidity and fine tannins that support without weighing it down; the finish is clean, leaving fruity and mineral memories. It is suited to white meats, salmon, mushrooms, delicate risottos and not too aged cheeses, served cool at around 14-16 C in wide glasses. It can be enjoyed young for its freshness, or after a few years in bottle.
