Sangiovese di Romagna DOC - Modigliana Acereta - Mutiliana

A red wine from Mutiliana, centred on Sangiovese and the characteristics of the area named on the label. It shows a bright ruby colour, with cherry, small red fruits, light floral notes, herbaceous nuances and delicate spice on the nose. On the palate it has medium body, lively acidity and measured tannins, giving a balanced and smooth overall impression. It suits everyday drinking with cured meats, medium-aged cheeses, tomato-based pasta sauces, rustic soups and grilled white meats. Serve around 16-18 °C, opening a few minutes beforehand if desired.
