A red wine from Mutiliana, made from Sangiovese in the Sangiovese di Romagna DOC.
It shows a ruby red colour with purple reflections. The nose offers ripe cherry, small red fruits, light floral notes, sweet spice and damp earth. On the palate it is savoury and medium-bodied, with present but smooth tannins and a clean, fruity finish.
Serve slightly cool, between 16 and 18 °C, and open a few minutes ahead if a softer style is preferred. It suits regional dishes, white meats, cured meats and medium-aged cheeses.
