This is an organic single malt Scotch from Nc'Nean, bottled at cask strength. It is made from organically grown Scottish barley and is unpeated. The whisky matures in red wine barrels and American whiskey barrels, with a touch of sherry casks added. The distillery's fruity spirit character stays at the front, with a little extra intensity from the higher strength. On the palate it is described as spiced rye bread, juicy peaches and tangy lemons.
