Neethlingshof Estate Sauvignon Blanc

A white wine from South Africa, made from Sauvignon Blanc. It shows a bright straw-yellow colour and an aromatic bouquet of fresh citrus, grapefruit and lemon, with herbaceous and green pepper notes, plus floral hints and tropical fruit such as passion fruit. On the palate it has lively acidity balanced by ripe fruit, a fresh and vibrant texture, and a long, persistent finish. It pairs well with fish, seafood, fresh salads, soft cheeses and grilled vegetables. Best enjoyed young.
