New Holland Zeppelin Bend is a four-year-old American single malt whiskey from New Holland Artisan Spirits, the distilling arm of New Holland Brewing Company in Michigan, in a 750ml bottle.
The distillery bases its methods on the techniques and philosophies it developed as a craft brewer, and Zeppelin Bend is its flagship American single malt.
The palate shows vanilla and cocoa from the slightly caramelised spirit, leading to a classic American oak finish.
