This is a seven-year-old single barrel Kentucky straight bourbon from New Louisville Whiskey Co, bottled at 65% ABV in a 75cl bottle. It was released for Christmas 2026 and finished in maple brûlée casks.
The barrel matured on a high floor of the rickhouse, where higher-stacked barrels often rise in strength and mature with more intensity as water evaporates. Part of the maturation took place in a warehouse where the barrel was heat-cycled, using temperature variation to raise the proof and viscosity.
