Ragtime Rye is an American rye whiskey from New York Distilling Company, made from a mash bill of 72% rye, 16% corn and 12% malted barley. The rye is grown within New York state.
The whiskey is aged for at least three years in full-sized American oak barrels, rather than smaller casks. It is described as robust and spicy.
