Nikka Whisky From The Barrel is a Japanese blended whisky bottled at 51.4% ABV. It combines matured malt whisky from Yoichi with matured grain whisky from Miyagikyo. The malt and grain whiskies are mixed and then matured together in a first-fill bourbon cask, bringing two quite different whiskies into one. It remains one of the most popular Japanese whiskies, particularly in Europe. It is characterised by solidity, depth and a rich aroma.
