Ninety-Nine & One is a three-year-old blended Scotch whisky from Living Souls, released as Batch 1 at 46.3% ABV. It pairs a touch of grain whisky with a heavily peated island malt, and matured in refill sherry and ex-Islay quarter casks.
It is described as rich in sherry fruit and smoke, with dried orange, chilli flakes and spicy black pepper. Sea salt, tobacco and white pepper add depth.
