Nomad Outland Whisky (70cl, 41.3%)

Nomad Outland Whisky is a blend of 30 malt and grain whiskies made in Speyside, each aged between 5 and 8 years. It is bottled at 41.3% in a 70cl bottle. After blending, the whisky rests for a further 3 years in Scotland. It then travels to Jerez in Spain, where it is finished for at least 12 months in ex-Pedro Ximénez sherry casks in the cellars of González Byass. Most malt whiskies mature in Scotland in sherry casks that came from Jerez. Here the whisky itself makes the journey to the casks' home.
