Nomad Outland Whisky (70cl)

Nomad Outland is a blended whisky made as a collaboration between master distiller Richard Paterson and the Sherry producers Gonzalez Byass. It comes in a 70cl bottle. The blend draws on more than 30 malt and grain whiskies, aged between 5 and 8 years. These are matured together in Sherry butts in Scotland for three years, then shipped to Jerez and finished for a further year in Pedro Ximénez casks before bottling. Richard Paterson and Antonio Flores, master distiller at Gonzalez Byass, tried several Sherry casks, including Oloroso and Fino, before settling on Pedro Ximénez.
