Nomad Outland Whisky (70cl, 41.3%)

Nomad Outland is a blended whisky made in collaboration between master distiller Richard Paterson and the sherry producers Gonzalez Byass. It is bottled at 41.3% in a 70cl bottle. Malt and grain whiskies are blended and matured for three years in American oak butts in Scotland. The whisky then travels to Jerez, where it spends a year in Gonzalez Byass Pedro Ximenez casks before bottling. Raisins and honey stand out, with a distinctive bouquet from the sherry finish. The finish carries hints of vanilla and dried fruit.
