Nomad Outland Whisky is aged in ex-bourbon casks in Scotland, then given further ageing in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks in Jerez. It is bottled at 41.3% in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky is dark amber in colour. The nose is concentrated, with malt, wood and the unmistakable character of the Pedro Ximénez grape. The palate is elegant, opening with raisins and building to honey. The finish is long and pleasant, recalling vanilla and dried fruit and nuts.
