This is a 17-year-old single grain Scotch whisky from North British Distillery in the Lowland region of Scotland. It is the sherry cask edition of An Edinburgh Dram from Thompson Bros.
The whisky was matured from the start in sherry casks, a nod from Thompson Bros. to Jerez de la Frontera and to Edinburgh. It is bottled at natural colour and without chill filtration.
