North British – 1988 30 Year Old Douglas Laing XOP

This is a single cask single grain whisky from North British, distilled in July 1988 and bottled thirty years later in July 2018. It is one of 213 bottles. It comes from Xtra Old Particular, the premium version of Douglas Laing's Old Particular label. The range is reserved for casks the company regards as its family jewels. Old Particular was launched in 2013, after the Old Malt Cask series joined the portfolio of the newly established Hunter Laing.
