This is a 35 year old single grain from North British, distilled in 1991 and bottled as the Summer Release 2026 in the Watt Whisky series. It matured partly in sherry butts, and 126 bottles were filled. It is the oldest whisky Watt Whisky has released so far. The palate is thick and viscous, with soft spices of clove, white pepper and star anise, alongside freshly baked apple pie and panna cotta.
