This is a single cask North British single grain Scotch whisky from the Lowlands, distilled on 17 December 1992 and bottled in April 2026 by the Alistair Walker Whisky Company. It forms part of Batch 21 of the Infrequent Flyers series.
After 33 years in cask, it spent about three years and eight months finishing in an Ozark Virgin Oak barrel. Just 221 bottles were filled, in 70cl at 49.4% ABV, without chill filtration or added colour.
The official notes describe baked pears and plenty of marzipan on the nose, with dark chocolate. The palate brings Battenberg cake, cannoli shells, a touch of star anise and rich honey.
