North British 2008/2026 18 Year Old - Single Grain 1st Fill Sherry & Refill Bourbon (46%)

This is an 18 year old single grain whisky from the North British distillery in the Lowlands, distilled in 2008 and bottled in 2026 by Signatory Vintage at 46% ABV. It matured in first fill sherry hogsheads and refill bourbon barrels. It comes from the Un-Chillfiltered Collection, so it is non-chill-filtered and free of added colour. The nose combines honey and caramel with grain and light wood spice. The palate is smooth, with vanilla, caramel, grain and dried fruit. The finish is long, with oak, dried fruit and vanilla.
