A single grain whisky from North British, distilled in 2011 and bottled by Duncan Taylor in its Octave series. This edition was matured in Mizunara oak and marks the 50th anniversary of Kirsch Whisky. It is a 70cl bottle at 53.4% ABV.
North British dates from 1895, when the North British Distillery Company founded it. It was independent until 1983 and is now owned by Diageo.
