This is a 5 year old single grain whisky from North British distillery, matured in a virgin oak barrel and bottled at 48.2% ABV in a 50cl bottle. It is one of 160 bottles, hand bottled in Leith by Blind Summit, with label artwork by Tyrone Stoddart.
It is of natural colour and non-chill filtered.
The nose brings banana bread and creme brulee, while the palate has bananas in maple syrup. It is sweet, spicy and smooth.
