North British – An Edinburgh Dram 34 Year Old (40.1%)

A 34 year old single grain whisky from the North British distillery in the Lowlands, selected by independent bottler Thompson Bros. of Dornoch for its An Edinburgh Dram series. The label shows a colourful, detailed map of Edinburgh. It is bottled at 40.1% ABV, non-chill-filtered and without added colour, and shows a pale gold in the glass. Ripe apricot and oak lead the flavour, with honey and other light fruit alongside.
