North Star 11 Year Old Ralfy Blended Malt (54.1%)

This is an 11 year old blended malt Scotch whisky, bottled at 54.1% from a vatting of five casks. It was put together during a live blending session as a collaboration between Ralfy and North Star Spirits, using Caol Ila, Teaninich, Auchroisk and Speyside Distillery. It was released in a limited run in support of Macmillan Cancer Support. The nose offers raisin, oak, vanilla, ginger and plum. On the palate come gentle peat, liquorice and herbal hints.
