North Star Spirits Secret Highland Distillery 15 Year Old 2010 Highland Single Malt (70cl, 54.3%)

This is a 15 year old single malt from an undisclosed distillery in the Highland region of Scotland, bottled by North Star Spirits as part of its Series 26. It was distilled in December 2009 and matured in a single refill bourbon hogshead before bottling in June 2025. It is bottled at a natural cask strength of 54.3% ABV, without chill-filtration or artificial colouring, in a 70cl bottle. The notes describe tropical fruit, chewy sweets and vanilla essence on the nose, custard and pear drops on the palate, and a finish that lingers with sweet spice.
