Oak & Eden Cabernet Steeped Oak Bourbon & Vine is a bourbon whiskey bottled in Bridgeport, Texas, in a 75cl bottle. It was aged in new charred oak barrels, then given a further stage with an oak spire steeped in Cabernet wine.
The wine-steeped oak gives the bourbon a Cabernet character. The nose combines sweet, fruity Cabernet notes with deep, woody tones, and the palate keeps the rich, oaky character of bourbon alongside the influence of the wine.
