A 14-year-old single malt from Oban, the West Highland distillery set between the rocks and the harbour in the town of the same name. The distillery was founded in 1794 and works with just two pot stills.
The whisky matures in American oak and is bottled at 43% ABV. It belongs to Diageo's Classic Malts Selection, where it represents the West Highlands.
Its character is described as salty and fresh in places, warm and fruity in others, with a gentle sweetness from the oak.
